Partnering to Transform the Rider Experience

The City of Los Angeles collaborated with Designworks’ Los Angeles studio to enhance the public transit experience, focusing on improving access to real-time information and optimizing bus stops to better serve local communities.

In partnership with Tranzito, Designworks contributed to the development of the STAP Program (Sidewalk Transit Amenities Program), designed to provide shelter, shade, safety, comfort, and connectivity for bus riders. With a team of LA natives and deep expertise in mobility and digital experience design, Designworks was uniquely positioned to deliver innovative solutions.

Through UX product design, UX UI design services, and cutting-edge digital product design, our digital design studio crafted a user-centered approach that reimagines public transit infrastructure and sets a new standard for urban mobility.
